Saheliyan is Simar's showpiece — the necklace a mother puts on her daughter before she walks out the door to face the world. Two strands of soft freshwater pearls flow from a polished gold crescent, dropping to a vivid ruby-red pendant fringed with pearl tassels. It carries centuries of Rajasthani court jewellery in its design and the warmth of a mother's hands in its making.
