What material is the jewelry made of?
All Ruby Raang pieces are handcrafted by women artisans using Brass, Semi Precious Stones, Pearls, Artificial Beads & Thread Work.
How can I care for my jewelry?
We suggest to wear your jewelry last when you get ready and take it off first. Do not spray water or perfume on it. After use clean your jewelry with a cloth or tissue and keep it safe in your Ruby Raang Box.
Is the jewelry Nickel free?
No, In its basic form, brass is nickel-free but it can contain trace amount or intentionally added nickel during manufacturing process.
Do you customize?

Does the piece have a warranty?
No, the pieces do not have a warranty but you can come back to us if you face any kind of issue with your jewelry.
Do you offer COD?
Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery within India

What happens if I receive a broken item?
We will be happy to replace your piece if its broken during transit which does not happen too often.
How long does it take for my item to be delivered to me?
We mostly have pieces ready and in stock, if a piece is sold out or under production a timeline regarding the delivery is shared within 24 hours of your placing an order with us.

Where are you based and do you have a physical store?
We are based in Faridabad, Haryana 3 k.m. away from the Delhi(Badarpur) Border.
We operate from our Warehouse and do not have a physical store, but you're more than welcome to visit us.

No, we do our best to conduct business sustainably and all pieces are custom made. Returns are only accepted in a few scenarios please refer to policy.
