Refund policy

(APPLICABLE ONLY FOR ORDERS PLACED ON THE RUBY RAANG OFFICIAL WEBSITE, RUBYRAANG.COM)

 Please note in our smallest of efforts to promote sustainability we do not accept returns from our lovely customers who have always supported us.

Nonetheless, we have a replacement policy in place that is very flexible and customer-friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, and we welcome replacements on the following terms -
A wrong product has been dispatched
If the customer identifies a manufacturing defect in the received product.
If the product is received in a damaged condition.
To be able to send back the product safely, the customer must have the original packaging
available to him/her.

Due to logistic limitations, replacement is only available for orders within India, International orders are final and cannot be returned or replaced under any circumstances.

replacements. The customer is requested to share the product pictures clearly showing the issue.
Please note these points: We will require the original packaging with any foam and cushioning
inside for the safe return journey of the product, even if it is broken, damaged, or defective.
We do not process refunds in any case. We replace the same or any other product of the same or
lower value in any of the above-mentioned cases.


Cancellation
As an organization, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. In case you wish to cancel an order
due to any reason write to us at hello@rubyraang.com or WhatsApp us at +919999259886 within 24
hours of ordering or before order fulfillment from our warehouse, whichever is earlier and we will be
happy to assist you.


Replacement Process
Our replacement policy is applicable within 72 hours of receiving the order and applicable only for the
following reasons: Damaged product & Manufacturing defect. The time frame starts from the date
the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier

replacement.

Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product
for us to ascertain the reason for the return. You can send us the images at hello@rubyraang.com
or WhatsApp us at +919999259886 from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details about its eligibility for return.
We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your
request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse
pick-up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup
and 4-6 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our
quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the replacement process will get initiated.
Points to remember - The product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags,
barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels (pasted on the packet), invoice,
etc. The product should be unused and in its original condition. You will be asked to print 2
documents to be provided to the logistics company representative who comes for the pickup.

A refund is processed within 10 working days of receiving the product back into our warehouse and the amount is credited to the customer's bank account.


NOTE: This policy is only for the orders placed on the official website, rubyraang.com. For orders
placed on any other platform like Myntra, Jaypore, Tata Cliq Luxury, Pernia's Pop Up Shop, Nykaa
Fashion, etc this policy will not be applicable. Please refer to the policy of the respective platform.
