The crescent, in a colour that means something. A small chandbali crescent sits at the top of this earring, its edge painted in a deep midnight-blue enamel with a mirror-kundan stone set at the centre, from which a cluster of pearl drops falls in a loose cascade. The chandbali silhouette is one of Jaipur's oldest jewellery shapes; the blue enamel gives it a modern, slightly moody edge that the plain gold versions don't have. Pairs with the Neelam Chand Maang Tikka for a matched blue look at the ear and the parting. Handcrafted in Jaipur by Ruby Raang's women artisans. Part of the Simar collection.
