Two rows of pearl chain drape across the back of the hair, connected by small green kundan stations at intervals, the double strand creating a richer, more layered effect than a single chain. Pinned at both ends into the hair, the passa falls across the bun in a gentle arc. The weight of the pearls gives the drape its natural curve. Motimala Passa — a pearl garland for the hair.
