Chandra Jhalar Five-Tier Crescent Hair Pin

Five small crescents, one below the other, each one dropping a little further down the hair. The Chandra Jhalar kalgi repeats the chandbali crescent motif five times down its length, alternating a green stone accent with a plain mirror-kundan one at each tier, small pearl clusters gathered beneath every crescent. The rhythm of repetition is the design — no single tier is the star, the whole cascade is. This is the longest, most dramatic hair piece in the Simar collection, built for hair worn open or in a loose braid where the full length can show.
